As a Junior in 2006-07
• He played in 25 games with 13 starts and averaged 6.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
• He led the team in assists per game and total assists with 58 and he set a season-high on 11/15/06 against Kansas Wesleyan with seven.
• He had a season-high 18 points on 01/17/07 against Southwest Baptist when he shot 7-for-14 from the field and 3-for-6 from 3-point range.
• Hargett reached double figures in scoring five times during the season and shot a season-high .800 (4-for-5) from the field on 01/10/07 against Fort Hays State, totalling 12 points.

As a Freshman and Sophomore at Kirkwood CC
• Hargett helped his team to two national runner-up finishes at the NJCAA tournament while playing two years at Kirkwood CC.
• In 2005-06 he averaged 9.4 points per game and 3.3 assists while helping KCC to a 26-4 record. He led his team in steals with 1.7 per game and he shot 39 percent from 3-point range, second best on the team.
• He finished the year as a member of the all-region second team.
