At Washburn: Returns to fullback where he started eight games as a junior and has started 19 in his career … has 214 career rushing yards on 47 carries with five touchdowns averaging 4.6 yards per attempt … also has nine receptions for 97 yards … has 18 career tackles with ten solo stops with three fumble recoveries and a blocked punt.

In 2009: Made eight starts at fullback recording 60 yards on 19 carries and five touchdown rushes … also had four catches for 69 yards … received honorable mention all-MIAA honors at fullback and third team all-region accolades from the Football Gazette … recorded eight tackles with five coming on special teams on kickoff coverage units recovering to fumbles … named the Ichabods’ special teams player of the week once after the Colorado Mines game and received the Big Hit award after the Missouri Southern game … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.

In 2008: Started 11 games at fullback picking up 131 yards on 24 carries including 37 yards coming on a fake punt against Missouri Southern … also had five catches for 28 yards out of the backfield … recorded five tackles on special teams with three coming on kickoff return coverage … had a fumble recovery against Emporia State and a blocked punt against Nebraska-Omaha … received Ichabods’ Big Hit award following the Central Missouri game and named Ichabods’ special team player of the week twice … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.

In 2007: Received a medical redshirt after missing the entire season with a knee injury.

In 2006: Appeared in eight games recording four rushes for 23 yards including 19 against Southwest Baptist … also had three tackles on special teams.

In 2005: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: A two-time first team all-league pick on defense … a one-time selection for first team all-league offense, first team all-district offense and defense and first team all-state … a 2005 Kansas Shrine Bowl participant.

Personal: Born on Aug. 20, 1986 … son of John and Linda Haug … has already graduated with degree in business … currently working on MBA … younger brother Nathan a freshman on the Ichabod roster.
