At Washburn: Enters the fall as the No. 2 outside linebacker who will see time in the rotation and on special teams as well.
In 2007: Played in 11 games tallying seven tackles with three solo stops … earned Ichabod Big Hit award in back-to-back weeks following the games at Missouri Western and Missouri Southern.
In 2006: Practiced, but did not appear in any games.
In 2005: Sat out the season as a redshirt.
Background: Named football Iron Man and team’s defensive MVP …was a second team all-EKL pick at linebacker and an honorable mention all-Sun County selection … was also a state qualifier as a junior and senior and the EKL champion in the shot put.
Personal: Born on Nov. 30, 1984 … son of Randy and Peggy Righter … majoring in physical education.
