At Washburn: Returns to a starting defensive tackle position where he has started five games of his career after starting nine at defensive end last season … has recorded 75 career tackles with 31 solo tackles … has recorded 12.0 tackles for losses of 50 yards and 3.5 sacks for 32 yards … has also forced two fumbles and broken up two passes.

In 2008: Started nine games at defensive end and two more at defensive tackle earning second team all-MIAA honors as well as third team Football Gazette all-region accolades … recorded 31 total tackles with nine solo stops and 22 assisted tackles … also had 1.5 sacks for 19 yards with 5.5 tackles for loss of 28 yards … had a career-high six tackles in two different games … recorded 1.5 sacks and 2.5 tackles for loss against Colorado Mines in the season opener.

In 2007: Started all 12 games at left defensive tackle where he earned honorable mention all-MIAA honors after recording 17 solo tackles and 14 assisted tackles … also recorded one sack and four and one-half tackles for loss … had two pass break ups and two forced fumbles … named the Ichabod defensive lineman of the week twice following the Missouri Western and the Pittsburg State games … had a career-high five total tackles against Northwest Missouri

In 2006: Played in 10 games on the defensive line recording 13 total tackles with five solo stops and eight assisted tackles … also had four tackles for loss and two sacks … named Ichabod defensive lineman of the week after the Central Missouri game.

In 2005: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: A first team all-league and all-state honorable mention defensive lineman as a junior … as a senior was named second team all-league.
