At Washburn: Returns to his starting defensive end position having started all 37 games of his Washburn career … has recorded 138 total tackles and 33 tackles for loss, which rank second all-time at Washburn … his 14.5 sacks is fifth in school history.

In 2008: Made three starts before suffering season-ending injury recording seven tackles with five solo stops and one sack … received a medical redshirt and sat out of spring practice.

In 2007: Started 11 games at defensive end recording 51 total tackles with 29 solo stops and 22 assisted tackles … his 14.5 tackles for loss is tied for fourth on the Washburn single-season chart … he earned second team all-MIAA honors … also recorded five and one-half sacks for 47 yards with one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries … had a career-high nine tackles against Missouri Southern and Colorado Mines … named the Ichabod defenisve lineman of the week two times following the Colorado Mines game and the Southwest Baptist game … also had one pass break up.

In 2006: Started all 11 games on the defensive line and recorded 18 solo tackles with 29 total stops … had 12 tackles for loss and five sacks with five pass break ups … earned honorable mention all-MIAA honors … a two-time Ichabod winner of the defensive lineman of the week award following the Western Washington and Southwest Baptist games … had seven tackles against Missouri Southern with a sack and two tackles for loss.

In 2005: Started all 12 games as a redshirt freshman at right defensive end recording 51 tackles, including 21 solo stops and 11 tackles for loss with two pass break ups and a forced fumble … also had six sacks and an interception against Emporia State … an honorable mention all-MIAA pick.

In 2004: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: Was named Class 3A Defensive Player of the Year as well as first team all-league, all-area and all-state … was a starter in the 2004 Outback Bowl and named MVP of his high school’s defense.
