At Washburn: Will compete for time at free safety entering fall camp as No. 2 on the depth chart … will also see time on special teams.

In 2009: Played in 10 games recording seven tackles with six solo stops … also had a forced fumble against Emporia State on Nov. 7 … recorded two tackles in three different games … five of his tackles came on special teams coverage units … received the Ichabods’ special teams player of the week after the Missouri Southern and Emporia State games picking up the big hit award following the games with Central Missouri, Pittsburg State and Emporia State.

In 2008: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: Played both quarterback and free safety and ran track … rushed for 432 yards on 51 carries as a senior with three touchdowns … passed for 553 yards and five touchdowns … had 28 total tackles in nine games as a senior.
