Named honorable mention all-MIAA after finishing second on the team with a .299 batting average starting 36 games in the outfield … recorded 32 hits scoring 13 runs … finished second on the team with nine stolen bases in 11 attempts … batted .381 during the conference schedule … recorded a career-high four hits against Truman on May 1 … threw out three runners from her outfield position … tied for the team lead with nine multi-hit games.

Background
In high school she was an all-state, all-region, all-league and all-city in soccer going to Central Arkansas to play soccer where she medically redshirted … at Butler County, she batted .431 as a freshman with 28 hits, three doubles and 15 runs scored … as a sophomore she earned third team All-American, first team all-region, and first team all-Jayhawk Conference honors after she finished sixth in the nation with 60 stolen bases in 62 attempts playing 55 games … also recorded a .495 batting average, which was ninth in the nation, with 91 hits, two doubles with 54 runs scored and 20 RBI … also recorded a .485 on base percentage.
