At Washburn: Returns to the active roster after missing the final eight games of the 2010 season with a shoulder injury … has appeared in 24 career games making four starts tallying 86 tackles with 3.5 sacks and an interception.

In 2010: Started the first four games of the season recording 33 tackles with 18 solo stops and six tackles for loss before suffering an injury against Central Missouri on the second play of the game … had a career-high 11 tackles against Missouri Western with three solo stops and 1.5 tackles for loss while recording 10 tackles against Abilene Christian and 2.5 tackles for loss … had eight tackles and two tackles for loss in the season opener against Colorado Mines … also forced two fumbles and recovered one with 3.5 sacks for 22 yards.

In 2009: Recorded 53 total tackles with 24 stops playing in all 11 games … recorded a season-high seven tackles with unassisted tackles against Missouri Southern on Sept. 12 … named the Ichabods’ defensive player of the week after the win over New Mexico Highlands while receiving the Big Hit award for the same game.

In 2008: Played in nine games as a true freshman recording 25 tackles with six solo stops and 19 assisted tackles … also had four passes defended and an interception against Nebraska-Omaha … had a season-high five tackles in three different games.

Background: Named the Buck Buchanan Award winner as the outstanding linebacker in the Kansas City Metro Area … an all-league pick three seasons … a two-year all-state and all-metro pick … named one of top 15 players in the metro area … a two-year captain … recorded 30 career tackles for loss … a student council public relations officer … a two-year all-district charity participant with the Relay for Life.
