Biography
As a Junior in 2011
Made five appearances with two starts and three relief outings as a pitcher…had a 2.40 ERA with four earned runs in 15 innings…earned a win on April 20 at Rockhurst…went 6 1/3 innings and allowed no runs off two hits with three strikeouts…didn’t allow an earned run until his final appearance of the year, a start at Fort Hays State on May 3.
As a Sophomore in 2010
Made three appearances with one start...had a 7.36 ERA in 7 1/3 innings of work...struck out four batters...named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
As a Freshman in 2009
Made four appearances totaling 4 1/3 innings...struck out three batters and had an ERA of 12.46...allowed five hits and six runs...named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
Jefferson Academy High School
A 2008 graduate of Jefferson Academy where he played baseball for four years for the Jaguars...earned all-state and first team all-league honors as a senior and second all-league as a junior...also played basketball for three years as a guard.

Born on March 29, 1989...parents are Vincent and Diana Lewis...majoring in business and sports management...his brother, Ty Lewis played football at Washburn as an offensive lineman and is an assistant coach now.
