At Washburn: Has appeared in 30 games making 15 starts entering his senior season … his 25.53 yards per kickoff return is second all-time on the Ichabod chart … has 48 punt returns for 423 yards averaging 8.8 per return and 48 kickoff returns for 1,200 yards averaging 25.5 per return with two punt return for scores and one kickoff return for a touchdown … has added 91 total tackles with 56 solo stops with 11.5 tackles for loss and 17 pass breakups … has 1,660 all-purpose yards averaging 55.3 yards per game.

In 2014: Made eight appearances making four starts and recorded 30 tackles with 18 solo stops adding four tackles for loss for 11 yards and one and 1/2 sacks for seven yards … also added four pass break ups … led the team with 21 kickoff returns for 487 yards averaging 23.2 yards per kickoff return … received big hit award after the Lindenwood game … named defensive player of the week against Fort Hays State game … had a career-high 11 tackles against Central Missouri with six solo stops.  

In 2013: Appeared in all 11 games recording 14 tackles with 10 solo stops adding a tackle for loss and an interception … on special teams he was second in the MIAA and 15th in the NCAA DIvision II rankings in punt return average with 13.6 per return and two touchdowns which tied an Ichabod single-season record … on kickoff returns he averaged 27.8 yards per return which was also second in the MIAA with one touchdown including a 98-yard runback against Northwest Missouri … a four-time winner of the Ichabod special teams player of the week … his 667 kickoff return yards was second on the single-season chart. 

In 2012: Started all 11 games at an outside linebacker position finishing sixth on the team with 47 tackles with 28 solo stops adding 6.5 tackles for loss with three interceptions … led the Ichabods with 27 punt returns for 180 yards averaging 6.7 yards per return … had a career-high eight tackles against Missouri Western … his seven pass break ups and 10 pass deflections led the team … also forced a fumble and recovered two fumbles … named the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week after the Lindenwood and Missouri Western games. 

In 2011: Sat out the season as a redshirt … named work team defensive player of the week for practice before the Fort Hays State game.

Background: Named the Tigers’ special teams player of the year as a senior as well as the district’s 6A-3 special teams player of the year … a four-time player of the week selection by various media outlets … averaged 15.3 yards per catch and three touchdowns on 12 receptions … also rushed for 110 yards on 30 carries and recorded 22 tackles with a fumble recovery … as a junior he was named Norman’s special teams player of the year and KREF Radio special teams player of the year earning player of the week honors once.
