At Washburn
Returns for his junior season after sitting out the 2012-13 season while attending classes at Washburn … has made 32 starts playing in 59 games averaging 8.1 ppg scoring 480 points … has hit 75 3-pointers. 

As a sophomore in 2011-12
Was the team's fourth-leading scorer averaging 6.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per game making 12 starts appearing in 32 games … led the team with 33 3-pointers in 93 attempts while averaging 19 minutes per game … scored a career-high 20 points against Missouri Southern on Feb. 15 hitting 8 of 10 shots from the field including 4 of 6 3-pointers … his 33 3-pointers were eighth on the Washburn all-time sophomore chart.

As a redshirt freshman in 2010-11
Made 20 starts while playing in 27 games as a redshirt freshman scoring 9.9 points per game along with 3.7 rebounds per game finishing as the team's third-leading scorer… scored a then-career-high 19 points against Nebraska-Omaha hitting 6 of 11 field goals including 5 of 7 from 3-point range … pulled down a high of nine rebounds against Southwest Baptist … connected on 42 of 103 3-point field goals … his 268 points scored rank eighth on the Washburn freshmen single-season scoring chart … his 42 3-pointers are second on the freshmen chart and his 103 3-point field goals are third all-time for freshmen.

Background
Missed the 2010 spring semester at St. Louis University after suffering a concussion, appearing in five games for the Bilikens averaging 4.6 minutes per game scoring two points … received a medical redshirt … in high school he was voted Mr. Kansas Basketball by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association ... named first-team all-state ... selected to the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association all-star game for the North squad ... led Hayden to third-place finish in the 2009 Kansas Class 4A tournament … averaged 19.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting 50.7 percent from the field, 42.2 percent from 3-point range and 86.1 percent from the free-throw line … as a junior, averaged 17.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.0 assists … shot 55 percent from the field, 37 percent from 3-point range and 73 percent from the free-throw line …  led the Wildcats to a 25-1 record, including a 21-game winning streak, and the state championship … two-time first-team all-state selection by the Topeka Capital-Journal and the Wichita Eagle … twice voted the Centennial League Player of the Year and first-team all-city … also lettered in football.
