Biography

At Washburn: Returns for senior season on the defensive line … has started 22 games playing in 33 … has 102 career tackles with 51 solo stops and 13.5 tackles for loss with seven sacks … a two-time honorable mention all-MIAA selection.

In 2016: Earned honorable mention all-MIAA honors after staring 11 of 12 games recording 38 tackles with 20 solo stops … also had 5.5 tackles for loss for 24 yards and two sacks for 12 yards … also broke up four passes and had a forced fumble … tied a career-high with seven tackles against Lindenwood … four-time winner of the Ichabod defensive lineman of the week.

In 2015: Was an honorable mention all-MIAA selection starting 11 games … he recorded 36 tackles with 11 solo stops … finished with three tackles for loss for 13 yards and one sack … added six pass break ups and blocked a kick … had a season-high six tackles against Northwest Missouri.

In 2014: Played in 10 games making three starts at defensive end en route to honorable mention all-MIAA honors … recorded 28 tackles with 20 solo stops adding five tackles for loss and four sacks … had a career-high seven tackles with six solo stops against Northeastern State adding two sacks and a forced fumble against the RiverHawks … named Ichabod defensive lineman of the week after the Northeastern State game.

In 2013: Practiced but did not compete in any games … named the Ichabod work team defensive player of the week for practice leading up to Northwest Missouri game.

In 2012: Sat out the season as a redshirt … named the Ichabod work team defensive player of the week prior to the Truman and Emporia State games.

Background: Played both defensive end and tight end for the Crusaders … also played basketball.

Personal: Son of Charles Devaughn-Parker and Patricia Parker … majoring in elementary education.
