At Washburn: Has played in 45 games hitting 40 of 91 career 3-point attempts averaging 3.6 points per game adding 48 rebounds and 21 assists with nine steals.

As a sophomore in 2017-18: Played in 17 games averaging 8.7 minutes a contest and 3.1 points per game hitting 13 3-pointers with seven assists and seven steals … had a season-high 16 points in 16 minutes against Manhattan Christian hitting 4 of 6 3-pointers and 5 of 8 from the field overall.

As a freshman in 2016-17: Appeared in 28 of 30 games scoring 110 points including a career high 17 points hitting 5 of 6 3-point attempts at Emporia State on Jan. 7 … reached double figures in four games … finished third on the team with 27 3-point field goals and added 29 rebounds with 14 assists.

Background: Was named the Wichita Eagle and Topeka Capital-Journal 4A-I Player of the Year … earned all-state all-class and was a first team all state selection from the Wichita Eagle, Topeka Capital Journal and the Hutchinson News … also named first team all-league and KBCA all-state … a WIBW state tournament team selection … averaged 23.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.8 steals per game as a senior … as a junior was part of an undefeated 25-0 state title team earning second team all-state honors and first team all-league honors and to the WIBW state tournament squad … as a sophomore he was an all-league honorable mention selection and named to the WIBW state tournament team … finished prep career with a 71-3 record  … finished career sixth on Bullpups all-time scoring chart .

Personal: Son of David and Deedra Pyle … parents played basketball at Butler County and at Tabor … has three brothers, Ben, Sam and Gabe and a sister, Grace … majoring in communications.
