In 2016: MIAA Academic Honor Roll member … started eight games and made 12 appearances for the year … went 1-2 with a 7.82 ERA on the season … threw 35.2 innings with 23 strikeouts and 17 walks … win came against Fort Hays State on April 5, where he went five innings with two strikeouts and two runs allowed … earned a no decision in an MIAA Tournament elimination game with Central Missouri (5/14), throwing 5.1 innings with just one run allowed and two strikeouts.
 
In 2015: MIAA Academic Honor Roll member … Made 12 appearances (all starts) for the Ichabods as one of the top options in the rotation … went 4-2 on the year with a 5.47 ERA … threw 51 innings and allowed 31 earned runs (37 total runs) … struck up 38 batters and allowed 15 walks … threw one complete game against Nebraska-Kearney on April 23 … started the year with back-to-back five strikeout performances against Bemidji State (Feb. 13) and Southwest Baptist (Feb. 19).

In 2014: Made 13 appearances on the mound with two starts and 11 out of the bullpen ... led the Ichabod pitching staff with a 3.00 ERA and had a 4-4 record ... had a 1.86 ERA out of the bullpen where he earned all four wins ... added a team-high two saves ... in 29 innings out of the bullpen he struck out 26 with nine walks while allowing just six earned runs ... he pitched four innings of scoreless relief in his debut February 21 at Lindenwood to earn a win ... he then won his next appearance, April 27 at Central Oklahoma ... he beat Emporia State April 4 with three scoreless innings ... he earned a save May 2 in Washburn’s win in the MIAA tournament at ESU by pitching the final four innings and allowing just one run ... he totaled 10 innings pitched in four appearances against Emporia State and allowed just two earned runs while striking out 10.

Background: A 2013 graduate of Winnebago Lutheran Academy (Fond du Lac, Wisc.) where he lettered in baseball his final three years as a pitcher and infielder ... earned First Team All-Conference all three years ... went 37-3 his three years as a pitcher and had nearly 300 strikeouts with only 45 walks ... had a 1.4 ERA as a senior ... played basketball his final two years as a forward and earned Second Team All-Conference as a senior ... was a receiver and punter on the football team his sophomore and junior years and earned All-Conference ... graduated in the top 10 in his class with a 4.0 GPA.
