At Washburn: Owns the school record in the indoor weight throw and has the top eight throws overall in the indoor … has the school record in the outdoor discus and five of the top six throws overall … a three year member of the Ichabods who has appeared in 30 games with 23 starts … a six-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and MIAA Scholar Athlete award winner between track and football.
In 2018 (football): Named first team all-MIAA on the offensive line for the Ichabods … (track and field): earned second team All-American honors in the weight throw at the NCAA Indoor National Championships with a ninth-place finish recording a PR with a mark of 20.24m (66-05) … during the indoor season he won the MSSU Open and the Tjeerdsma Classic in the weight throw … earned all-MIAA honors in the weight throw at the MIAA indoor championships … finished second in the Woodman Classic in the discus… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and MIAA Scholar Athlete.
