In 2019: Appeared in eight games making two starts … rushed for 146 yards on 36 carries and four touchdowns … had eight catches for 101 yards.

In 2018: Made two starts playing in nine games recording 218 yards on 63 carries … had a season-high 49 yards rushing against Lindenwood on 12 carries … had three touchdowns on the ground and had 10 receptions for 65 yards … received the Ichabod big hit award after the Lindenwood game.

In 2017: Appeared in two games before missing remainder of the season with an injury receiving a medical redshirt … rushed for 60 yards on nine carries in season opener against Northeastern State … finished season with 13 carries for 78 yards and one reception for nine yards.

In 2016: Played in 11 games rushing for 149 yards on 44 carries and had five catches for 99 yards … had seven kickoff returns for 146 yards … received Ichabod big hit award after Northeastern State and Pittsburg State games … appeared in 21 games for the baseball team.

Background: Played baseball at Saint Louis for one season (2015-16) … as a freshman played in 19 games with seven starts … hit .161 with one RBI and had a .952 fielding percentage …  earned all-state honors in baseball and football.

Personal: Son of Belinda and Curtis Whitten … sister Crystal played volleyball at Pittsburg State and Fort Hays State … majoring in management.
