At Washburn: A three-year member of the Ichabods playing in 22 games making 11 starts recording 84 career tackles with 46 solo stops adding 7.5 tackles for loss and an interception.

In 2022: An honorable mention all-MIAA selection tying for second on the Ichabods in tackles with 58 recording 31 solo adding 6.5 tackles for loss for 24 yards and a sack with an interception return of 25 yards starting all 11 games … a two-time defensive skill player of the week … had a career-high 11 tackles against Pittsburg State in final game in Yager Stadium.

In 2021: Played in 12 games recording 26 total tackles with 15 solo stops and a tackle for loss ... named Ichabod defensive power player of the week for the Fort Hays game.

In 2020: Season canceled because of COVID-19 ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: A transfer from Tyler Junior College where he earned first team all-conference honors after recording 81 tackles with 15 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and two interceptions as a sophomore … as a freshman he had 24 tackles with two tackles for loss … at Hightower High School he was a first team all-district and second team all-region selection as a senior and was a first team all-district pick in baseball … as a junior he was a second team all-district pick in football and a first team all-district selection in baseball leading the district in home runs … as a sophomore he was named the district newcomer of the year and was a first team all-district pick in football and was an honorable mention all-district selection in baseball.
