At Washburn: Has competed in 46 events between cross country and track as an Ichabod … has the fourth-fastest individual performance in the 800m and the sixth-best time in the mile during the indoor season and sixth-best performance in the 5000m and the second-best in the 1500m in program history … a 12-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In 2023-24 (cross country): Competed in four events earning honorable mention all-MIAA honors finishing 14th at the MIAA Championships in a time of 24:58.1 … placed 22nd at the NCAA Central Regional Championships in a time of 31:17.8 … (track) sat out the indoor season … competed in five events during the outdoor season … won both the 1500m and the 5000m at the ESU Midwest Classic … finished fifth in the 1500m at the Kansas Relays … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23 (cross country): Had a season-best eighth-place finish at the Gans Creek Invitational and had a season-best 10K time of 30:34.40 at the NCAA Central Regional placing 37th overall … finished 111th at the NCAA Championship meet in a time of 31:40.9 … (track) competed in one event during the indoor season … finished third at the UCM Relays with a personal best time of 14:4715 and was sixth at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m in a time of 3:50.48 with a personal best … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021-22 (cross country): Earned a season high 13th place with a time of 21:30.4 in the four mile at the Masterson Twilight ... ran a personal record 25:43.0 in the 8K at FHSU Tiger Open and a 31:39.60 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional, placing 53rd and 56th (track): placed seventh in the mile at the Washburn All-Kansas Invite with a time of 4:21.32 during the indoor season … set a personal best in the 3000m at the Bearcat Invite finishing 12th in a time of 8:39.87 … had a PR in the 1500m in the outdoor season at the SBU Invitational with a ninth-place finish with a time of 3:58.56 and had a PR in the 5000m at the UCM Relays with a time of 15:14.05 finishing 16th … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2020-21 (cross country): Had a season-high 33rd place with a time of 26:35.4 in the 8K at the Newman Teams Championships… had a 34:54.65 running time in the 10K at the DII National Invitational, placing 67th … (track) placed second in the mile at the MIAA Rust Rust Buster in a time of 4:26.56 and then improved to 4:21.86 for a sixth place finish a week later … recorded an indoor best time in the 3000m of 8:59.93 at the Washburn Open … placed 11th at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m in a time of 4:02.80 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Part of the sixth-place national junior college championship distance medley relay team as freshman and regional championship relay squad … 4x800m relay member of third-place outdoor finishing team as a freshman … a member of the DMR first-place indoor championship team as a sophomore and finished fourth in the 1000m run at the indoor championships as a sophomore.
