In 2022-23 (cross country): Competed in seven events placing a season-best 11th at the Bearcat Open and finished in a season-best 8K time 26:02.51 at the MIAA Championships … placed 113th at the NCAA Central Regional in a 10K time of 32:03.10 and was 216th at the NCAA National Championships in a time of 33:42.6 … (track): sat out during the indoor season and competed in three events during the outdoor season … finished 18th at the Woodman Classic with a personal best in the 10,000m in a time of 32:36.22.… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021-22 (cross country): Finished 42nd in the four mile at the Masterson Twilight with a 23.01.3 running time ... in the 8K course at the FHSU Tiger Open, he ran a 28:54.3 … (track): Sat out the indoor season and competed in two events during the outdoor season finishing eighth in the 3000m at the SBU Invitational with a time of 9:31.17 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Competed in cross country and track winning the Shawnee Mission District individual title in the 3200m … placed 67th at the state cross country meet as a sophomore and was 65th as a freshman.
