At Washburn: Competed in 32 events as an Ichabod … has the fourth-best individual performance time in the indoor 400m at 49.58 and the seventh-best individual performance in program history in the 600-yard at 1:14.93 and he is second in the outdoor 400m in a time of 48.80 … a seven-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2024-25: Competed in two outdoor events and one indoor event finishing a season-besst third in the 400m at the Washburn Alumni Invitational in a time of 49.58 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2023-24: Had a season-best fourth-place finish at the SBU Invitational during the outdoor season in the 400m in a time of 48.80 recording a school record … finished second at the FHSU Spring Invitational in the 400m in a time of 49.84 … recorded a personal best in the indoor 400m in a time of 49.64 at the Ichabod Invitational … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23: Competed in nine events … finished second in the 400m at the WU Alumni Invitational in a time of 49.96 and placed fifth in the 400m at the SBU Invitational during the outdoor season in a time of 50.60 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021-22: Had a season-best second-place finish in the 600-yard run at the Ichabod Invite in a time of 1:14.93 and placed sixth in the 400m in a time of 49.77 at the Ichabod Midweek Challenge during the indoor season … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Finished second at the regional in the 400m and was seventh at the state meet as a senior and was also part of the second-place 4x100m relay team as a senior … finished 12th at the regional in the 400m as a sophomore … part of state champion cross country team as a junior … four-year member of the honor roll.
