As a Junior in 2006-07
He was named co-Most Valuable Player of the MIAA and he earned second team all-MIAA honors at No. 1 singles and honorable mention at No. 1 doubles … he had a 17-6 record in singles play and went 14-5 at No. 1, playing all of Washburn’s duals in that spot … he advanced to the semifinal of the ITA North Central Region tournament in singles play and to the quarterfinals in doubles with partner Andrew Plum … he won his No. 1 match in the MIAA final to help the Ichabods win the championship … he and Plum went 15-8 in doubles with a 14-7 record at No. 1  … the two won in the second round of the NCAA tournament to help send the Ichabods to the national tournament.

As a Sophomore in 2005-06
Named MIAA MVP after earning first team all-conference honors in No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles … finished with a 19-8 singles record and 23-12 doubles record … went 16-6 at No. 1 singles and 3-1 in MIAA matches … teamed with Andrew Plum to go 15-7 at No. 1 doubles and 4-0 in conference matches … won his doubles matches in the MIAA championship dual and in the first round of the NCAA tournament … he and Plum won the ITA regional doubles tournament in the fall season by winning four matches … advanced to the quarterfinals of the ITA regional singles tournament.

As a Freshman in 2004-05
Went 9-9 in singles play and 8-10 in doubles action … was 3-1 in the No. 1 singles … went 2-0 in MIAA duals to earn honorable mention honors … also earned all-conference honors in No. 1 doubles, compiling six wins.

Background
Played on The Netherlands Junior Davis Cup team with Ichabod former teammate Rick Vleeshouwers, reached a national ranking of 170.
