Recent improvements to Lee Arena have made it one of the finest places for fans to watch NCAA Division II basketball or volleyball in the nation. The technology and amenities have also given us amazing opportunities to provide your business with first-class exposure. Sponsor an ad on our state-of-the-art digital scorer's table or treat your employees or clients to an exciting sporting event in a suite overlooking the court. Washburn volleyball and men's and women's basketball all won MIAA titles within the last three years. Every year our coaches put All-Americans on the floor and build teams that rank highly in the nation. Fans have supported us strongly throughout the years as all three teams consistently rank in the top 10 in the nation in attendance.

Five-year commitment --- $5,000 per year
Your company will have a major signage presence at Lee Arena. Sponsorship package includes the following:
• Highly visible, back-lit scoreboard signage with your company’s logo or message on a panel on the west scoreboard
• One additional back-lit scoreboard panel displaying your company’s logo or message on the east scoreboard (shown at right)
• Four reserved season tickets for all men's and women’s basketball home games and four general admission tickets to volleyball home matches

Digital Display Panels --- $3,000
Washburn became the first school in the MIAA to install a digital scorer's table and we want your company to be among the first to take full advantage of it. This high-visibility digital sign will be seen by all of our blue chairback seat holders as well as our student section and many other fans at all regular season basketball and volleyball games. Your ad will run for one minute each cycle. Ads will cycle during game play and most of pregame, halftime and other stoppages. The cycle will pause while crowd prompts and other promotions are played and then resume where it left off. Moving graphics are preferred but must be slow and not flash too much so as not to distract game play.

Banner Signage --- $1,500
When our fans aren't glued to the action on the floor, their eyes will certainly fall upon your banner hanging in Lee Arena. Make sure your company's message is seen by the thousands of basketball and volleyball fans that take in everyone of our games.
Washburn will print your banners free of charge every third consecutive year you are contracted with us. Printing new or changed banners before the third year is your responsibility.

Basketball Video PA Announcements --- $2,500
One video public address announcement for exhibition and regular season home games. During the announcement, your company logo or graphic will be displayed on the video board while a company slogan or message is read aloud as a public address announcement.
Basketball PA Announcements --- $1,000
One public address announcement for exhibition and regular season home games.
Volleyball Video PA Announcements --- $500
One video public address announcement for regular season home matches. During the announcement, your company logo or graphic will be displayed on the video board while a company slogan or message is read aloud as a public address announcement.

Court Naming Rights --- Sold
Your company will receive title rights to the court. Sponsorship includes prominent logo display on court, corporate listing on event calendars (schedule cards and posters, press releases, tickets, media guides, game programs and website), and recognition during television and radio broadcasts (when controlled by the University).
Halftime Contest --- $1,500 (men's or women's), $2,750 (both)
Your company will be recognized as the official sponsor of the basketball halftime intermission and will have the opportunity to design a halftime contest that is approved by Washburn University. Includes courtside signage recognition, public address announcements and company logo on the video board.
National Halftime Act Sponsorship --- $1,500
Your company name will be mentioned throughout the game and as the act is introduced when Washburn hires a national act to perform at halftime.
Basketball Timeout Sponsorship --- $1,000
During a portion of a timeout your company will sponsor a contest or giveaway (conducted on the court or video board) that is approved by Washburn University. Includes public address announcements and company logo on the video board. Sponsor is responsible for all giveaway item costs and delivery to the arena.
Basketball In-Game Promotion Sponsor --- $800
Design and sponsor a promotion during the game that is approved by Washburn University (i.e. Rowdy Row, Fan of the Game).
Basketball Featured Player of the Game --- $1,200
Company logo will be displayed on the digital board while a player graphic is displayed on the video board. A public address announcement will list player statistics and recognize your company as the official sponsor of the pregame featured player of the game prior to men's and women's games.
Basketball Postgame Player of the Game --- $1,200
Includes a postgame public address announcement and logo on the digital board during the naming of the player of the game, recognizing your company as the official sponsor. Â
Volleyball Set Break or In-Game Promotion --- $500
Get your name out there during the break between sets two and three or during a stop in play. Sponsor a promotion during volleyball matches and fans will be sure to remember your name.
Volleyball Featured Player of the Game --- $750
A public address announcement and video board display prior to each regular season home match naming the featured player of the game and recognizing your company as the official sponsor.
Basketball 3-Point T-Shirts --- $1,500
When the Ichabods drain a 3-pointer fans know to cheer loudly and raise their hands and be ready to catch a 3-point t-shirt. Make sure its your logo people see when they're proudly wearing the shirts. Washburn will design and print the front of the shirts. Your logo will appear on the back. A P.A. announcement will be made during pregame and when each 3-pointer is made.
Volleyball Ace T-Shirts --- $600
When the volleyball team serves up an ace we'll serve up ace t-shirts for the loudest and craziest fans. Make sure it's your logo people see when they wear them. Washburn will design and print the front of the shirts. Your logo will appear on the back. A P.A. announcement will be made after each ace thanking you for sponsoring the shirts.
Volleyball Starting Lineup T-Shirts --- $750
Before the volleyball team takes the court they'll throw a starting lineup t-shirt into the crowd with your logo printed on it.
Washburn will design and print the front of the shirts. Your logo will appear on the back. A P.A. announcement will be made during the starting lineup thanking you for sponsoring the shirts.

Official sponsor of the Washburn basketball starting lineups. Includesa public address announcement and company logo on a video board during pregame player introductions.
Volleyball Starting Lineups Sponsor --- $1,000
Official sponsor of the Washburn volleyball starting lineups. Includes a public address announcement and company logo on a video board during pregame player introductions.
At-The-Door Giveaway --- $750 (BB), $500 (VB)
For a selected game, your company may distribute a giveaway item at the door to fans upon exit or arrival. Approval of item is required by Washburn University. Company is responsible for all item costs and delivery to the arena.
Basketball Scores Around the MIAA --- $2,000
A public address announcement will list Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association basketball scores and recognize your company as the official sponsor of the score update. Includes company logo displayed on the video board. Â
Basketball Game Ball Delivery Sponsor --- $2,500
A company affiliate will have the opportunity to deliver the official game ball before the game while a company message or slogan is read as a public address announcement. A video board will display the company logo.
Volleyball Game Ball Delivery --- $500
A company affiliate will have the opportunity to deliver the official game ball before the game at all home volleyball games. PA announcement and video board recognition included.
Broom Sponsor --- $750 (BB), $750 (VB)
Your company’s logo prominently displayed on the brooms used to sweep the court before, during and after the game. Â
Towel Sponsor --- $1,000 (BB), $500 (VB)
Your company’s logo or message displayed prominently on all towels used by the men’s and women's basketball team and its coaches, trainers and student managers. Sponsor is responsible for all production and embroidery costs associated with the towels.
Basketball Schedule Cards --- $600
Your logo on our schedule cards will guarantee that fans all over the community will see your company's name all season long.
Washburn will design and print the cards and place your four-color logo on the same side as the schedule.
Volleyball Schedule Cards --- $500

Washburn Hoops Illustrated Game Program Ad

Four or five editions of Hoops Illustrated are printed every year and sold at each home game. No true Washburn fan would watch a game without one and you can make sure they see your company's ad as they're reading the latest on the Ichabods. Provide us with a four-color or black and white ad in time for the printing deadline. Full-page ads should include a .25" bleed on all four sides. Ask about having Washburn design the ad for you.

• Pregame recognition as the official game sponsor before either a women's or men's basketball game. One or two representatives from your company will be honored on the court and your company's logo will appear on the video board.
• One additional P.A. announcement made during the game recognizing your company as the official game sponsor.
Tier 2 Basketball --- $1,000
• Access to the Athletics Conference Room overlooking the court for up to 25 guests. Hospitality includes food and beverages and a great view of the game.
• 25 general admission tickets.
• Pregame and in-game recognition of your company as a sponsor of that game. Your logo will appear on the video board during the read.
Tier 1 Volleyball --- $3,000
• Access to the McPherson Booster Room or Athletics Conference Room for up to 40 guests.
• 40 general admission tickets.
