Hotels
All hotel requests for local rooms (recruits, staff hires, officials) should be made through the link below. Please remember to fill out the form in it's entirety.
Hotel Room Request
You should receive a confirmation from Cody within 24 hours of requesting a room.
Meals
All meals within the Athletic Department go through External Relations. To request a meal, please send Cody Reaves an email with the following information:
- Date
- Time
- Amount Feeding
- Type of Food
- Dietary Restrictions
- Preferred vendor (if any)
Please give at least a 3 day notice for all meals.
Bods Care Program
Bods Care is the community programming arm of Washburn Athletics that works with area organizations and schools.

Our Fan Experience Program is the outlet for all things game day, promotions,
We have positions available to help with our Fan Experience program that include ushers, ticket assistants, and temperature takers. All positions are minimum wage and work study eligible.
