As a Junior in 2008
• He played in and started 46 games as the Ichabods center fielder.
• He tied for the team lead with 26 RBI and he led with nine home runs. He batted .287 with 49 hits in 171 at-bats.
• He had 11 multi-hit games and tied his career high with five different three-hit games.
• On 04/14 against Northwest Missouri State he had a career-high five RBI as he went 3 for 6 from the plate with a home run.
• He had hits in each of his first five games at WU and he had a season-high eight-game hitting streak midway though the year.

Garden City Community College (2006-07)
• Played for two years for Garden City Community College as a center fielder.
• He batted .300 with 28 RBI and 12 doubles his first year.

Maize High School
• A 2005 graduate of Maize High School where he played catcher and outfield.
• He earned second team all-state and second team all-league honors his final year after batting .432 with 29 RBI.
• Was named the 2005 Gatorade Will-to-Win Athlete of the Year his senior year.
• He also helped the Eagles to a 6A state championship his final year.
