In 2022: Made 12 relief appearances on the mound and finished the year with a 1-1 record ... struck out 13 batters in 10 1/3 innings of work ... worked a scoreless inning against Oklahoma Baptist (Feb. 13) and got all three outs in the frame via strikeout ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Before Washburn: A four-year member of the baseball squad at Trinity University (San Antonio) ... also played two seasons of football ... off the field, was a three-time SCAC Honor Roll member.

High School: A four-year multi-sport athlete at Leon High School (Jewett, Texas) competing in baseball, football, track, and basketball ... as a senior, was named first team all-district as a pitcher; repeated as district Defensive Player of the Year and second team all-region for basketball; state finalist for the 400m; and was second team all-state as a wide receiver and first team all-district at wide receiver and defensive back ... academically, was a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Son of Ronald and Melissa Crane ... has one sister, Caitlyn ... graduated with his bachelor's degree in finance in 2021 and is working towards his MBA.
