In 2022: Competed in 61 sets between 25 matches and finished the season with 40 digs and 12 service aces ... primarily came off the bench to serve ... had a season-high seven digs against Missouri Western (Oct. 7) and against No. 21 Central Oklahoma (Nov. 10) ... recorded a solo block in the NCAA Central Region quarterfinal against No. 6 Minnesota Duluth ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021: Played in all 37 matches with six starts while competing in 117 total sets ... finished the year with 153 digs (1.31 digs per set) and a .944 reception percentage ... landed 19 service aces and nine kills ... had six double-figure dig matches, including a season-high 14 digs at Missouri Western ... placed on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2020: The fall 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

High School: A four-year member of the Papillion-La Vista volleyball team … as a freshman, was an all-state and all-metro honorable mention and was named to the Nebraska Prep Volleyball all-freshmen team … in her sophomore season, she was named to the Class A state all-tournament team, the Class A all-ITG team, the Prep Dig all-state third-team, and was an all-state honorable mention and NSAA academic all-state selection … as a junior, was an all-state honorable mention and was named to the all-ITG team, all-metro second-team, Prep Dig second-team … helped the team to two third place finishes at the Nebraska Class A state championships and one fifth place finish … is a three-time Prep Volleyball Defensive Dandy award winner … also a three-year varsity tennis player.

Personal: Daughter of Jim and Amy Paschal … has one brother, Jeffrey, who played golf at Nebraska-Wesleyan, and one sister, Julia … her father, Jim, played football at Nebraska-Kearney … majoring in marketing.
