Matt Jackson is in his first season in 2015 as a student assistant after playing for the Ichabods in 2013 and 2014.

Jackson batted .307 in 46 games last year with 12 doubles and four home runs. He started 45 games at first base and earned honorable mention all-MIAA. He hit .171 his first year at Washburn in 2013 after playing two years at Cloud County Community College.

He’s a 2012 graduate of Cloud County and a 2010 graduate of Lincoln North Star High School in Lincoln, Nebraska. He is currently working on his exercise physiology degree at Washburn.
