In 2015: Started eight games and appeared in 11 on the mound … Posted a 5.63 ERA with a 3-2 overall record … Tossed 46.1 innings on the season with 32 strikeouts and just 16 walks allowed … Threw six innings and struck out eight in the Ichabods’ win over Minnesota Crookston on Feb. 21.
In 2014: Sat out the season as a medical redshirt.
In 2013: Appeared in seven games on the mound with starts in his first four ... finished 0-3 with a 14.24 ERA ... struck out three in his first appearance on 02/16 against Truman.
Background: A 2012 graduate of Fort Zumwalt West High School (O’Fallon, Mo.) where he lettered his final three years for the Jaguars ... earned All-District his final year while helping his team to a conference championship ... went 4-2 on the mound in 11 appearances that year ... had a 0.93 ERA with 44 strikeouts in 45 innings ... went 4-3 as a junior in eight games with a 4.52 ERA ... went 4-1 as a sophomore with a 1.22 ERA ... had 101 strikeouts in 106 1/3 innings pitched.
