As a Sophomore in 2013
Appeared in and started nine games on the mound...went 1-7 with a 7.88 ERA...led the team in starts...earned a win on March 8 at Pittsburg State as he allowed one unearned run off six hits through seven innings...struck out a season-high seven batters that game.

A 2012 graduate of Johnson County Community College where he played baseball in 2012...went 4-0 his freshman year with a 2.55 ERA...his team was Jayhawk East regular season champion with a 40-18 record...took a redshirt in 2011.
