A 2013 graduate of Silver Lake High School where he lettered in baseball his final three seasons as a pitcher and first baseman for the Eagles...earned all-league as a pitcher his final two years...his team was 3A state runner-up as a senior and state champions as a sophomore...played quarterback on the football team and guard on the basketball team...football team took state as a sophomore and was runner-up as a junior and senior.
