Background: Spent the past three seasons at Tusculum University ... started in 44 games as a freshman hitting four home runs with 34 RBI while slashing .261/.395/.401 ... only played seven games sophomore season before medically redshirting the rest of the season ... played in 29 games as a junior in 2026 hitting .267 with a .380 OB% with one home run and 20 RBI ... was a four-year member of the Hibriten baseball program in high school ... also played four seasons of football with the Panthers 

Personal: Son of Nickki and Larry Absher ... has a brother, Luke ... majoring in finance and accounting
