Background: Spent two seasons at Barton Community College ... appeared in 33 games as a sophomore hitting .300 with a .365 OB% and .591 SLG% ... hit four home runs with three triples and drove in 32 runs ... stole two bases while with the Cougars ... helped Barton to a 42-13 record as a freshman and won the Jayhawk West ... was a three-year member of the Heritage baseball program in high school
