2020 (Sophomore): Made six starts and finished with a 2-2 record ... led the team with 32 strikeouts ... struck out a season-high nine batters in 4.2 innings in his Washburn debut against Cal State San Bernardino (Feb. 1) ... tossed 5.0 innings against Regis (Feb. 22) and allowed one run on two hits and struck out six ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Before Washburn: Played one season at Iowa Western Community College ... made 12 appearances and pitched 16 innings while recording two saves and 25 strikeouts ... helped the team reach the Junior College World Series and finish with a 54-7 record.

High School: Played baseball all four years at Elkhorn (Neb.) HS ... was an All-State honorable mention selection his freshman and sophomore year ... as a junior, helped his team to a state championship title and was a first-team All-State selection and a second-team Super State honoree ... as a senior, was named to both the All-State and Super State first-teams ... also played three seasons of basketball.

Personal: Son of David and Susan Roecker ... has three sisters, Kayla, Laura, and Ashley ... Laura played softball at Creighton ... majoring in kinesiology.
