At Washburn: Will compete for time at fullback entering the fall as the No. 2 fullback on the depth chart and on special teams … has appeared in 10 games.

In 2010: Played in six games during the season on offense and on special teams coverage units … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.

In 2009: Appeared in four games and averaged four yards per carry including a six-yard run against Pittsburg State on Oct. 17 … also had two assisted tackles on special teams on coverage units against New Mexico Highlands … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.

In 2008: Sat out the season as a redshirt … named the Ichabods’ work team defensive player of the week prior to the Missouri Western … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.

Background: A 2006 first team all-league pick at defensive end and at tight end … a first team all-city selection on defense as a junior and second team all-city choice on offense … in 2007 as a senior, named first team all-city defense and second team all-league offense … a first team all-league and all-city pick on defense … named all-city Top 11 and a Class 5A all-state selection … named Army Iron Man of the Week … received academic letter … a member of the 4.0 honor roll, National Honor Society and a Kansas Honors Scholar.
