In 2015: Appeared in 11 games recording 27 tackles with nine solo stops … also added 4.5 tackles for loss for 19 yards and 2.5 sacks for 16 yards … had a season-high eight tackles against Missouri Southern … a two-time winner of the Ichabod defensive lineman of the week.
Background: A transfer from Glendale Community College where he was a two-year starter finishing with 35 tackles including three for loss as a sophomore … as a freshman he started gaining 31 tackles with two for loss and two sacks … at Westview High School he was named first team all-state at both tight end and at defensive tackle ranking seventh in the state for defensive linemen … appeared in the Arizona vs Southern California all-start game … a three year letterman on varsity recording 560 rushing yards with 14 reeptions for 301 yards and three touchdowns … also had 62 tackles with 11 tackles for loss with four sacks … named second team all-division as a junior at defensive end and first team at tight end … named first team all-league at defensive tackle as a sophomore … also played basketball and ran track.
