At Washburn: A three-year member of the Ichabods appearing in 18 games, making 28 tackles with 6.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks … has competed in 20 events during the track and field season … has the sixth-best individual performance in three indoor shot put and weight throw in program history and the fifth-best shot put and seventh-best discus individual performance during the outdoor season… an eight-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll between track and football.

In 2025-26: (football): Started all 11 games... made 31 tackles that included 12 solos... six tackles for loss including three tackels for loss for 17 yards against Fort Hays State ... one fumble recovery (track) competed in eight events during the track season scoring at point at the MIAA Indoor Championships finishing eighth in the shot put with a personal best mark of 16.07m … won the shot put at the Northwest Tune Up and was sixth in the weight throw at the same event.

In 2024-25: (football): Played in all 11 games as a redshirt sophomore, making 10 starts … recorded 23 total tackles … placed third on the team with 6.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks … season-high four tackles on two occasions … (track) competed in 10 events as a member of the track team … scored team points at the MIAA Outdoor Championships finishing seventh in the shot put … placed second in the shot put at the K-State Haylett Invitational … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In 2023-24: (football) Played in one game during the season … (track): Competed in 12 events … had a season-best fifth-place finish in the weight throw at the Ichabod Invitational with a career-best throw of 17.45m (57-03.00) … finished third in the hammer throw at the ESU Midwest Classic with a personal best mark of 50.62m (166-01) … won the shot put at the Concordia Twilight with a mark of 15.69  … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2022-23: (football) Appeared in six games recording five tackles as a true freshman … had two tackles at Fort Hays State … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll … (track): Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Background: Will also participate in track and field at Washburn … an all-state selection in football and an all-league selection at linebacker and fullback as a senior … as a junior he finished fourth in state in the shot put and fifth in the state in the discus.

Personal: Son of Jason Rhamy and Cari Teter … a sister, Camryn … a brother, Landen … majoring in management … his father played football at Graceland.
