In 2013: Finished third on the team with 63 total tackles with 37 solo stops adding a tackle for loss, 10 pass break ups and 10 pass deflections starting all 11 games … had a career-high 11 tackles against Emporia State with seven solo stops … a three-time winner of the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week.

In 2012: Started all 11 games at safety finishing third on the team with 64 tackles with 39 solo stops recording two interceptions including the game-clinching pickoff against Lindenwood … had eight tackles three times including six solo stops against Emporia State … a two-time winner of the Ichabod defensive skill player of the week award receiving the Ichabod big hit award against Lindenwood … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2011: Started the final eight games of the season at cornerback while playing in all 13 games … recorded 31 tackles with 19 solo stops with three fumble recoveries … recorded first collegiate interception against Truman returning it 31 yards … had a career-high six tackles against Central Missouri with four solo stops … named the Ichabods defensive skill position player of the week after the Abilene Christian NCAA playoff game … named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: Named first team all-state class 3A at defensive back for the Falcons … also named all-league in football as a senior … as a junior he was all-league, and all-state honorable mention as well as winning the class 3A state triple jump title … was named all-league catcher his freshman and sophomore seasons.
