At Washburn: Will compete for time on special teams and in the running back rotation having played in three games.
In 2015: Appeared in three games recording 20 rushing yards on eight carries with one reception for two yards.
In 2014: Sat out the season as a redshirt … named the Ichabod work team offensive player of the week prior to the Pittsburg State game.
Background: Rushed for 1,200 yards earning first team all-league, all-district and second team all-state honors and was named his team captain and most valuable player … as a junior he rushed for 1,356 yards earning all-district and first team all-league honors … rushed for 700 yards and was honorable mention all-league as a sophomore and rushed for 200 yards earning freshman of the year honors.
Personal: Son of Lennie Slaughter … major is kinesiology.
