Ben Doole is in his fourth season on the Ichabod staff and he is in his first season as the assistant director of player personnel. 

The Platte County, Mo. native has served in several different roles with the football program including assistant linebackers coach, equipment and laundry manager, team social media photographer and coordinator, flim assistant and gameday operations assistant.

Doole graduted with a degree in journalism and minor in communications from Washburn.
