Chris Landqvist, a Swedish native, is entering his second season at Washburn and will be working with the tight ends. In 2008 he worked with the quarterbacks at Pittsburg State and during the 2006 and 2007 seasons he coached defensive backs at Ottawa University. After a decorated playing career, Landqvist started his coaching career in Europe working as a head coach and offensive coordinator at several club teams. Under his leadership his teams had a combined record of 62-8 and won five National Championships. During this time Landqvist was also a member of the Danish National Team staff. After the completion of his first Master’s degree at Pittsburg State in 2009, Landqvist is now pursuing an MBA at Washburn.
