Demonte Hood is in his first season on the Ichabod coaching staff and will be coaching the defensive line.
Hood spent the four seasons at Joshua High School in Arlington, Texas coaching the defensive line helping to develop multiple first-team all-district and all-county award winners.
Hood started his collegiate career at Kansas State where he played in 20 games recording 27 tackles on the defensive line with three tackles for loss and two sacks. He finished his career at North Texas playing in 13 games tallying 12 tackles and two tackles for loss.
He is a native of Houston, Texas.
