Fielding Brenner is in his first season as a volunteer assistant for the Ichabods after wrapping up his playing career at Ottawa. He was a three-time All-KCAC selection for the Braves. In his four years as a starting linebacker, Brenner played in 43 games, had 347 tackles, seven sacks, 11 pass breakups, eight interceptions, and scored three touchdowns. He finishes his career as the all-time career leader in tackles (347), is second (111) and tied for third (95) in single season tackles. He graduated from Ottawa in December 2010 with dual degrees in business and accounting.
