Jeff Lyster

Jeff Lyster, a McCook, Neb., product, is in his third season as a graduate assistant for the Ichabods after spending the 2011-12 school year at Chadron State coaching linebackers and assisting with special teams while coaching the defensive line in spring practice. Lyster was a four-year letterwinner at linebacker for the Eagles and he culminated his career with by being placed on the 2009 RMAC all-conference team. He was second on the team with 61 tackles and he also had 6.5 sacks. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education in May of 2010. He will be pursuing his master’s in leadership at Washburn. Lyster and his wife Megan live in Topeka.
