Josh Flaminio is in his first season on the Ichabod coaching staff after spending the previous two seasons at the University of Kansas as a recruiting and scouting intern. His final season on the KU coaching staff, he was promoted to the defensive intern supervisor working full time for the director of scouting leading a group of part time staff helping the Jayhawks' recruiting efforts.

The St. Paul, Minnesota native graduated from Kansas in 2026 with his bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in business.
