Ty Lewis is in his first as a graduate assistant at Washburn after spending the previous five years on the offensive line for the Ichabods. Lewis started the final 32 games of his Washburn career playing in 40 games total at both center, guard and tackle on the Ichabod line. Lewis was a second team all-conference pick his junior and senior seasons anchoring an offensive line which helped the Ichabods finish 18th in the nation in passing offense at 293 yards per game and 14th in total offense at 455 yards per game. The Ichabod offensive line also only surrendered 13 sacks this season, which is 13th in the nation his senior season. He was a three-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll member and earned CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Second Team all-district honors as a junior. He will graduate in December.
