At Washburn: Joined the Ichabods for spring practice after transferring from South Dakota.
Background: Recorded 35 tackles as a junior playing in 10 games with one start for South Dakota … also had a tackle for loss and an interception with three pass break ups and four passes defended … transferred to South Dakota from Butler County where he played for two seasons … earned first team all-conference honors as a sophomore playing in all 12 games recording 37 tackles with 23 solo stops as a safety … also added 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks with four passes defended and four pass break ups … at Topeka High School, he was an all-league pick as a junior and senior at wide receiver … also lettered in basketball and baseball earning three all-conference selections.
