Background: Named Topeka all-city Top 11 as a senior after being named to the all-city defensive team as a junior … he registered 188 tackles as a senior, including 101 solo stops adding six tackles for loss en route to all-Centennial League first team honors as a senior as well as being named the 5A Defensive Player of the Year and first team all-league, all-city and all-district … recorded 24 tackles against Manhattan with 19 solo stops … as a junior he recorded 126 tackles with 56 solo stops recording 22 tackles against Washburn Rural … named all-city and second team all-league … as a sophomore he recorded 40 tackles with 20 solo stops adding an interception.
