At Washburn: Will compete for time on the special teams return units and in the running back rotation entering fall camp.
In 2013: Sat out the season as a redshirt … was named the work team offensive player of the week two times for practice leading up to the Lincoln and the Emporia state games.
Background: Was an honorable mention all-league pick as a junior …as a senior was a first team all-league selection at running back and defensive back … earning all-state honorable mention … rushed for 1,565 yards on 108 carries and had 537 yards on 57 catches … rushed for a school record 411 yards in a single game as a senior … recorded 24 touchdowns overall … a Kansas Shrine Bowl selection.
