Background: As a senior he was named first-team all-district running back and running back of the year for the second year in a row after rushing for 1,381 yards on 188 carries adding 1,664 all-purpose yards … a first-team all-district running back and running back of the year earning team MVP honors after rushing for 1,087 yards with 10 rushing touchdowns with 10 catches for 150 yards and three receiving touchdowns … had a total of 1,412 all-purpose yards averaging 25 yards per kickoff return … rushed for 1,020 yards with 16 rushing touchdowns and 12 catches for 185 yards and four touchdowns adding six return touchdowns for scores tallying 1,455 all-purpose yards with 26 total touchdowns as a sophomore and finished third at the state meet in the 100m … rushed for 1,005 yards as a freshman with 13 rushing touchdowns averaging 8.5 yards a carry and a 27.8 yards per return … will also compete in track and field at Washburn … a member of the Burner Nation Track and Field squad placing third at the TAFT state championships in the 100m in a time of 10.7
