Background: Earned first team all-league at free safety, quarterback, kick returner and placekicker as a senior after rushing for 1,152 yards and 17 touchdowns while passing for 542 yards and six touchdowns … he also recorded 39 tackles with three interceptions and connected on 48 of 59 extra points and averaged 21.3 yards per kickoff return … selected for the 2014 Kansas Shrine Bowl … a third team all-state selection overall … as a junior he was an all-state at large pick earning first team all-league honors at quarterback and free safety … he rushed for 1,880 yards and 30 touchdowns while passing for 655 yards and six scores adding 79 tackles and four interceptions … he recorded 2,065 all-purpose yards as a junior … as a sophomore he was a second team all-league pick at safety.
